How will my product be shipped?
All products are shipped via UPS Ground.
How long until my product is shipped?
Most products will ship within 1-2 weeks. Personalized products will ship within 2-3 weeks.
How will I know when my product has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information when your product has shipped. You can contact us at any time to check on your order.
From where is the product shipped?
The products are shipped from Alpharetta, GA.
Will my order be taxed?
Only products shipped to Georgia will be taxed. The appropriate “use tax” is advised for all other states.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order before it is shipped?
If a product is not personalized, we will be happy to accept the cancellation or assist with choosing a different product.
What do I do if I want to change my order or the personalization?
Please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to meet your request to change.
What if I receive my product and it is not to my satisfaction?
If you as our customer are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us. If there is a quality issue, we will do everything we can to replace the product or provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please contact us.
What if I receive my product and I decide that I do not want to keep it?
If you as our customer find that the piece is not functional for you or not what you expected, please contact us. Unless it is a personalized piece, we want to do everything we can to make sure you are happy with what you received. Again, please contact us.
How will I know how to set up the wine board?
There are instructions included which is basically a drawing to show the appropriate positioning against the wall.
